Reso e Recesso

It is possible to return the shoes received without giving any reason within 15 days (in reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005). The expiry date is calculated, in this case, starting from the day of receipt of the goods. If the goods have not yet been shipped, you have the option to withdraw from the contract simply by writing an email to customer service. In this case, the expiration of the right of withdrawal is calculated by taking the first day in writing from the receipt of this text. Warning! The package must not be in preparation or shipping.

For security, we also ask you to send us an email to inform us of the return.
A successful return is when all returned products arrive sealed and in perfect condition. No refunds will be made on products that have been opened, used or without original packaging! We recommend that you pack your products well and ship them in a padded envelope or cardboard to our address!
Our refund obligations must be fulfilled within 15 days. The period is calculated starting from the day of arrival of the goods in our warehouses. We will refund the cost using the same payment method used in the original purchase transaction, unless expressly agreed. The refund can also be made by voucher, if agreed with the customer. No additional costs will be applied to the customer.
Our company has the right to refuse the refund until it has received the goods.
Depending on the payment method used:

You will receive a direct refund to your credit card

If you have to pay by invoice and you have not yet paid, pay only for the goods you will keep.


The right of withdrawal falls within the following cases:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that have been created specifically for the needs of the consumer and for which production has been requested an individual choice clearly adapted to the personal needs of users

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that can be damaged quickly and whose return has been made after the maximum return period

  • Goods returned after the maximum return period

  • Sealed goods that are returned without a seal

  • Open, used or private edible goods or personal hygiene products

  • Goods returned open, used, tampered with, damaged

  • Goods purchased in multiple packages and returned only in part

  • Contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has changed after receipt of the goods (market fluctuation not dependent on our company)
